Do I need to log in to Sleeper?
No. Sideline reads Sleeper's public API. Type your Sleeper username, without the @, and your leagues appear. There is no password and nothing to authorize.
How do I put my score on the Lock Screen?
Tap the Live Activity pill at the top of the dashboard. With Sideline Pro and auto-start on, it appears on its own before your first kickoff on game days.
The Live Activity stops updating when I close the app.
Free accounts update while the app is open. Sideline Pro keeps it updated in the background through Apple's push service during games. Also check that Live Activities are enabled for Sideline in Settings.
What do the numbers and colors mean?
Green is leading, red is trailing. The small "3·5" is starters still to play, yours then theirs. The record chip counts the leagues you are currently winning and losing. The "?" button in the app shows a full legend.
How do widgets pick a league?
The Matchup widget rotates through your leagues every few minutes. Tap the › to switch now, or long-press the widget and choose Edit Widget to pin one league. The All Leagues widget shows everything at once.
Why does Sleeper open on its home screen, not my league?
Sleeper's app doesn't accept league links from other apps, so Sideline opens Sleeper itself and you tap into the league from there. If Sleeper ever adds league links, Sideline will use them.
Is Pro a subscription?
No. Sideline Pro is a one-time purchase. Use Restore Purchase in Settings on any device signed in with the same Apple ID.
How do I delete my data?
Open Settings in the app and tap Delete my data at the bottom. It clears the app and widgets on your phone and deletes the record on our server. Your Pro purchase stays with your Apple ID.
